Cheryl Cole wore a beautiful mermaid like mini-dress on the X-Factor sunday night. The etherial dress is by Welsh designer Julien Macdonald. Such a shame that Miss Frank were eliminated, =( If I lived in the UK I would've voted for them, they're talented girls. YAY for Danyl though!!!
