Forever 21 Debuts new "Twist" Collection
Forever 21 debuted their new collection "Twist". Described as "Fashion with a Twist of Punk", the collection went on sale yesterday. As Forever 21 is the retailer selling the line, you can expect very affordable prices. The collection consist of lots of safety pin graphics, lace, argyle, oversized bows, and a-line fluffy skirts.
